GTECH Corporation, the gaming technology and services company has launched a mobile lottery app for the Beijing Welfare Lottery. The Android-enabled app will be available for Samsung mobile handsets.

Betfair Group, the world’s largest online betting exchange, has released financial results indicating that mobile revenues have doubled year-on-year and that core revenues increased 11 percent to £85.3 million. Betfair has said they are confident of meeting their full year expectations.
Non-risk revenues rose by 13 percent, while mobile casino revenues rose by 100 percent to £5.8 million with an increase in volume of mobile bets of 127 percent. Continue reading
